Procedure To Apply For JNTUK Original Degree Certificate of B.Tech 2022/2021/2020/2019 Passout Students

The original Degree Certificate is the Final Certificate that certified that the student had successfully completed his course in a particular stream or branch, Before you going to apply for the Original degree certificate you should have your Provisional Certificate and Consolidate Marks Memo. A provisional Certificate is just like a temporary certificate that certified the student completed his course of study. The Provisional Certificate is valid upto till you get the Original Degree Certificate.

Note: Provisional Certificate is acceptable for Job Interviews, Passport, Master's Admission and other Government purposes also

Eligibility For Applying JNTUK Original Degree

• The Student Should Complete his B.Tech
• The Student Should Have Provisional Certificate and Consolidate Marks Memo

Procedure To Apply For JNTUK Original Degree Certificate 

Before you start filling out the Online Applicate Please carry the below Documents in Pendrive, Computer and Mobile

1. Passport Size Photograph in JPG/JPJ Format Size of 50 KB to 100KB
2. SSC Marks Memo PDF Format of Size below 200 KB
3. Aadhar Front Side Photo in JPG/JPJ Format of Size below 200 KB
4. Aadhar Backside Photo in JPG/JPJ Format of Size below 200 KB
5. Provisional Certificate (PC) in PDF Format of Size below 200 KB
6. Consolidate Marks Memo (CMM) in PDF Format of Size below 200 KB

You can apply on Mobile also but you have open the site in Desktop Mode, Laptop and Computer are Recommended

Note: Please Upload your Photograph that had taken in Photo Studio Center, Mobile Selfies/Mobile Taken Photos are not Acceptable and will be rejected by JNTUK, The Photo That you uploaded will be printed on your Original Degree Certificate

Note: Please Check the Details while Filling out the Application, Because no modifications are allowed after submitting the Application, Please Provide the Correct information Required Email ID and Contact Number

• Click on Online Services
• Click on Register
• Provide the Correct Email ID, Hallticket Number, and Password and Click on Register
• Login using Email ID and Password
• Your Hallticket Number is already fixed in the column
• Select Certificate Types as Original Degree
• Click on Submit it will check that you are eligible to Apply Original Degree
• If you are Eligible it will Show that " You are eligible for applying Original Degree with a Fee of Rs. ####
• Click on Next
• It will 5 Steps Terms, Upload Personal Details, Upload the Documents, Bank Payment, View Data
• Each step will be opened one by one
• Provide Your Name and Your Father Name as per SSC 
• Provide the Correct Address, to which the Original Degree Certificate will be post
• Upload All Required Documents and Cross Check all Documents that you uploaded
• Make Payment for Orginal Degree using Net Banking, Debit or Credit Cards and UPI Payment
• After a Successful Payment Transaction, The session will logout automatically
• Again Login using your Email ID and Password and Goto View Data and Check your Personal Details and Uploaded Documents Tick the Check Box below that shows Print My Original Degree Certificate.
• After that Click on Download, You will get the Application For The issue of the Convocation Original Degree Certificate Save it as a PDF
• Your Original Degree Certificate will be Sent to The Address that you provided in the Online Application Through India Speed Post in 30-40 Days

Note: Please Check  Online Pending OD List For Every 2 Days because if your application got rejected for some reason you will find it and again you have to correct them
